How to Use the Healing Wand
I use the Balancing Wand before I use the Healing Wand to clear and banace my energy field. Then I use the Healing Wand to stregthen and heal the chakras.
Hold the end with the spiral and point the metal end toward your body.
Now draw circles in front of you, top to left to bottom to right, and back to top. Start wanding at your base chakra, and work your way up to crown, and finish again at base.
Do this until you feel relaxed or just feel you have had enough. The wand can touch the skin or not, it is effective even when held a foot away. When wanding someone else, you draw circles from top to right to bottom to left, and back to top. Clockwise.
The wands can also be used as a massage tool or reflexology tool.
