Anger is something we are not taught to use as a tool. Since we do not know how to handle anger, we cover it up with addictions, acting out and develop many dysfunctional behaviours which do not add any love, harmony or peace to our lives. Anger is constantly generated by the construct to destabilize us and our societies.
